Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy
This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform people who visit confidenceinvest.com or contact us. The Turkish version is the authoritative text.

2. What data we process
- Server logs: when you visit the site, the web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the page requested and browser information.
- Contact data: when you email us, your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the content of your message.
The site has no contact form, accounts, analytics or advertising tools. We do not process special categories of personal data; please do not include such information in your emails.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Server logs are processed to keep the site secure and available and to detect and prevent misuse, on the grounds of our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
- Contact data is processed to answer your request, prepare proposals and carry out a business relationship, on the grounds that it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
4. How data is collected
Server logs are collected automatically when you visit the site; contact data is collected electronically when you send us an email.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. The site relies on the following service providers:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting; the server is located in Finland.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — domain, DNS, content delivery and security; technical data from your visit passes through Cloudflare's network.
Because of these services, server logs are transferred abroad. Such transfers are carried out within the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK. Data may also be disclosed to legally authorised public authorities upon request and to the extent required by law.
6. Retention
- Server logs are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically.
- Contact data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the retention and limitation periods set by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Cookies
This site does not use cookies and contains no analytics, advertising or social media tracking. Fonts and libraries are served from our own server; no requests are sent to third-party sites.
When you close the notice bar at the bottom of the page, a single entry, ci_bilgi=1, is written to your browser's local storage so the bar stays closed. It contains no personal data, is never sent to our server and can be removed in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can send your request in writing, with information that identifies you, to our address above or to [email protected], in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
